We welcome applications for Baptisms at Holy Cross Ashton Keynes, St Sampson's Cricklade, St John's Latton or All Saints the Leigh. There are several stages in arranging a baptism, so please start early and although you may already have a date in mind we can't take specific date requests.

- If you live within our parish boundaries, you may complete and submit the Baptism application form below now. Please take a note of all that we ask you to do prior to the baptism.
- If you live outside our parish boundaries we ask you to do two things:
- Please contact the vicar of your local church to ask for their permission for us to baptise your child. If you make contact by email, please do forward the vicar's email response to our administrator.
- Please tell us about your connection with the church where you are hoping the baptism will take place. (You can include this on the baptism application form as well.)
Then please complete and submit the Baptism application form below.
Once we have received your application (and permission from your local vicar if you are out of area) we will invite you to come to a church service on at least two occasions. This is partly for you and your child to grow the connection with the local church, but also so that you can get to know us and the church family, and we can get to know you. After that, we will invite you to meet with either Canon Debbie our vicar or Revd Shirley our associate vicar to discuss baptism further and to prepare you for the baptism service.
